- You support the Zurich and St. Gallen offices on site; your main workplace depends on your place of residence and you are present at the other office at least once a week
- You are a sparring partner for line managers on all HR-related topics and support them with competent and proactive advice in their leadership tasks
- You are a contact person with an open ear for the concerns of our employees, thereby strengthening trust in HR and thus in the company
- With your empathy and experience in recruitment, you are significantly responsible for ensuring that the right employees are deployed in the right place
- You engage in various working and project groups and help to successfully implement visions and ideas
- Your active involvement in the further development of our HR services and close cooperation with HR colleagues ensure a needs-based and contemporary service for our customers
- With your hands-on mentality, you pitch in where it is most urgently needed
What you bring
- Proven experience in a comprehensive, operational HR management role with corresponding further education at the federal specialist certificate level
- Enjoyment of a broad range of tasks with a diverse mix of operational and conceptual tasks in a lively, versatile environment with broad contacts to our internal and external stakeholders
- Independent, solution-oriented, and high-quality working style with proven social and consulting skills as well as a personable character with a service-oriented and professional appearance
- The following values characterize you among others : reliability, efficiency, openness, and pragmatism
- Very good oral and written expression in German as well as good English skills. Additional language skills such as French and Italian are an advantage
- Ability to design and collaborate as well as willingness to contribute to a good team climate
- Willingness to work across locations (St. Gallen, Zurich, and Zollikofen)
