In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You ensure the timely processing of assembly orders and actively work on the line. You guarantee quality standards and resolve issues in first-level support. You identify optimization potentials and implement improvements (KVP, Lean, 5S). You accompany R&D trials and support the industrialization of new products. You implement product changes and instruct your team based on work instructions. You train employees and ensure compliance with guidelines. You conduct daily shop floor meetings (SFM) and plan personnel and capacities. You take on technical and personnel leadership including coaching, recruitment, and escalation discussions.
