Production Engineer, Process Engineer 80-100 %

For our Industrial Engineering department, we are looking to strengthen the team immediately or by arrangement with an Industrial Engineer.

Committed to sustainability, we shape electromobility with innovative drives, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, consisting of around 200 employees, successfully brings sustainable commercial vehicles and proprietary products to the road.

Your Area of Responsibility

Close collaboration with the product development teams, their project managers, and production
Development and elaboration of manufacturing processes within exciting projects, including with our parent company Volvo
Creation of process flow diagrams and production control plans
Preparation, support, and execution of process FMEAs together with the project teams
Creation of action plans from risk analyses
Elaboration of assembly plans and construction of prototypes
Development and procurement of operating resources and tools for production

Your Advantages

At least 3 years of experience in assembling complex mechatronic assemblies and products
Experience in conducting FMEAs is desirable
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Ideally knowledge of APQP or similar product development processes
Enjoy working on new topics and deepening existing knowledge
Pioneering and team spirit as well as perseverance and willingness to take risks
