On behalf of our client, we are immediately looking for an operator for laser systems (a).
- Setting up and operating laser machines for processing turbine blades
- Pre- and post-treatment of products for the laser process
- Equipping, storing in and out, as well as presetting operating resources
- Monitoring the systems and troubleshooting, also in cooperation with maintenance
- Performing quality controls (measurement data analysis, visual inspection) and feedback in the SAP system
- Maintenance work on machines and peripheral devices
- Documentation of production key figures in Excel for OEE evaluation
- Participation in new developments and process optimizations
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience
- Experience in reading technical drawings
- Good German and PC skills
