We are looking for an
Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the management of the operation according to business management principles, ensure sustainable success and bring in innovative ideas
- With commitment, you lead, recruit, train and develop your team and strengthen a motivating and positive work culture
- The responsibility for administrative tasks, such as accounting, budget control and personnel administration, lies with you – you keep the operation organizationally on a successful course
- You actively pitch in at the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business activity
- You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships and strengthen the operation sustainably
- Whether internal or external events – you organize and lead them, create special experiences and ensure unforgettable moments
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the gastronomy sector such as hotel management school, ideally combined with a G2 operations manager certificate OR a catering license
- You have 2–4 years OR at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in a small or medium-sized gastronomy operation, in which you have already gained 2–4 years OR at least 5 years of leadership experience
- As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning appearance as well as an organized and solution-oriented way of working
- You are IT-savvy and have solid knowledge in calculation and inventory management systems
- Good German skills in spoken and written form are required
- An impeccable reputation is required
