- You support the home management and the department heads in administrative matters. YOUR PROFILE
- Professional competence: You have a commercial education (Profile E) as well as a federal diploma in finance and accounting or an equivalent further education. Ideally, you are familiar with the following terms: MS Office, Lobos, PEP, nDSG, PQM.
- Work experience: You have already gained this in a similar function and institution.
- Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form are important, as language has an impact both internally and externally.
- Self-competence: We are looking for cheerful, independent, and service-oriented employees. Discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive data are a matter of course for you.
