To strengthen our team and in view of the upcoming retirement of the current operations manager, we are looking for a dedicated leader to take our flooring department into the future, starting immediately or by arrangement. During a transition period, you will be carefully introduced and supported by the current operations manager.
Operations Manager Flooring (m/f)
Your tasks
- Consultation with builders and architects
- Operational management of the flooring department
- Measurement, quotation, and billing
- Customer acquisition
- Scheduling of personnel and materials
- Site supervision with quality and performance control
- Completed apprenticeship as a flooring installer EFZ with appropriate further training
- Solid professional knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in this position
- High willingness to perform
- Decisive with assertiveness
- Team player and communicative
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Driver's license
- Resident and well-connected in the Basel region
