In this role, you take on the holistic management of HR processes: from personnel and payroll administration to onboarding and offboarding processes, absence management, and collaboration with social insurance providers. You also support the HR Business Partners in all HR-relevant tasks and actively contribute to the implementation of various HR projects. You will be part of our dynamic, young 4‑pöpfig team, characterized by collaboration and open communication.
- You implement personnel administration: managing onboarding to offboarding processes as well as all changes including maintaining the position plan.
- Conduct payroll administration for all employee groups.
- You handle all written and telephone inquiries from internal and external HR clients.
- Accompany processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You take responsibility for absence management.
- Close collaboration with all social insurance providers.
- You prepare employment contracts and work certificates.
- Planning the annual program as well as organizing employee events and gifts.
- You support all HR-relevant tasks and actively participate in various HR projects.
- Completed commercial basic training or a comparable education
- Professional experience in a similar environment, ideally with diverse HR tasks.
- Completed further training as an HR assistant or personnel clerk, which prepares you well for everyday HR work.
- Confident handling of MS Office and enjoyment of administrative tasks that complete the HR daily routine.
- Very good German skills, good English skills & good French skills are a plus.
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style with a strong service orientation.
- A good sense for people and the ability to positively influence your environment.
- Networked thinking, proactive hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm to help shape existing structures.
- Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and convincing communication skills.
