The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Wohnheim Sonne in Rehetobel for a:
Health Professional EFZ 60-100 %
Your tasks:
- Support, promotion, and care of adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Creating written documentation
- Participation in the household of the residential group
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
You bring with you:
- Completed training in the care sector
- Enjoyment of nursing and educational activities
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness for irregular working hours and weekend shifts
