YOUR MISSION:
- Analysis of documentation related to complex changes in client data and their accounts.
- Control of the application of rules regarding due diligence (CDD), tax aspects (FATCA, CRS, VAT, stamp duty…), the Bank's business policy, and internal guidelines.
- Analysis of AML risks, including conducting background checks (screening), reviewing KYC documentation, and identifying and managing risk developments.
- Coding and validation of changes in the Bank's systems.
- Ensuring follow-up of files in the process of regularization with relationship managers, compliance, and other involved teams.
- Advising management teams on all matters related to the material and formal aspects of account changes of circumstances.
- Sharing experience with other department members.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
- University education and/or recognized certification in compliance (an asset)
- Very good knowledge of CDD, AML, FATCA, CRS, Suitability
- Solution-oriented
- Awareness of risks inherent to the function
- Demonstrate commitment, flexibility, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent oral and written French and English, another language (an asset)
- Multidisciplinary and organizational skills
- Strong team spirit, ability to develop and engage various departments, share information, communicate
- Residence in Switzerland
