Your tasks
- Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting within a family-centered approach
- Designing the care process in core team work with the patient, relatives, and internal and external professionals
- Coordination, leadership, and evaluation of milieu and nursing therapeutic groups
- Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Learning support for learners and students in nursing professions
Your qualifications
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics, and/or in the elderly sector
- High social and personal competence as well as a structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, engage with new ideas, and actively shape changes
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
