In your role as Junior Controller, you will take on operational tasks, support analyses, and help further develop financial control processes within the company. This way, you gain comprehensive insights into controlling – at both the company and group level.
Your area of responsibility - your impact
- Support in the further development of BI reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI) to improve data analysis and create meaningful reports
- Participation in the management and monitoring of the entire sales process, supporting the sales organization as a controlling sparring partner
- Support in monitoring product and project margins as well as conducting ad-hoc analyses to improve profitability
- Participation in the preparation of the periodic controlling closing in SAP S/4 HANA
- Opportunity to participate in financial planning processes and gain initial insights into group accounting
What you bring with you
- Completed advanced training in finance and controlling at FH, HF level, financial and accounting specialist certificate, expert in accounting and controlling, or near completion
- Initial practical experience in controlling or finance, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Advanced user skills in MS Excel, ideally first experiences with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Independent, structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style as well as enthusiasm for working on complex topics
- Strong social skills to promote teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration
