For Raiffeisen Bank Piano di Magadino, a successful bank focused on local customers, we are looking for an enterprising and motivated person as Head of the Corporate Client Advisory Team.
What awaits you?
- Develop the specialist sector, particularly in corporate credit matters
- Ensure comprehensive and needs-based advice for corporate clients, taking into account strategic and regulatory guidelines, in line with the Bank's objectives
- Prepare individual solution proposals based on the entire advisory and service offering of Raiffeisen Bank in the corporate sector, in relation to the specific needs of the clients
- Active cross-selling and forwarding of additional specialist requests to the respective advisor
- Retention of current clients, identification and exploitation of their potential, and ensuring active and continuous support of your client portfolio; expansion of the current client base through targeted new acquisitions
- Collaboration with internal bodies in measures for market treatment and development, specific to the target group, such as contact campaigns, events, and fulfillment of representation tasks, ensuring support for colleagues in their original specialist topics
- Implementation of market-compliant pricing to ensure profits in the reference sector
- Independent execution of real estate valuations
What do we offer?
- Commercial employee diploma (AFC), banking branch, with professional maturity or certified advanced specialist training
- Qualification in real estate valuation (e.g., CAS) is a preferred requirement
- Certification as "SME Client Advisor" SAQ (or willingness to obtain it shortly)
- Proven experience in the corporate client sector
- Ability to work in a team and solid leadership experience, ideally in a similar work environment
- Enterprising, dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a marked customer and sales orientation
- Excellent IT and digital skills
- Willingness for continuous training and personal development
- Participation in social life in the bank's area of activity
- Native Italian speaker with good spoken and written German skills
