Lenovo is looking for an Inside Account Manager for our Enterprise & Public Sector Team in the Suisse Romande, with office location Geneva.

These are what responsibilities you will have:
- Selling the benefits of Lenovo PC and Smart Device products and selling against the competition
- Being responsible for uncovering opportunities - also in the area of acquisition, to increase sales and profits
- Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone
- Together with the Key Account Manager, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Swiss French-speaking territory and assist in closing contracts
- Telephone contact for selected customers and business partners
- Responding to inquiries and tender as well as preparing offers in collaboration with Lenovo Business Partners, Lenovo Key Account Manager and all further support and services teams to proactively solve customer topics
- Planning and implementation of marketing measures
- Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
- Active contribution in weekly forecast, pipeline and opportunity management
- Ensures that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Position Requirements
- Ideally 1- 3 years of experience in the IT Sales area with an already existing network of Swiss Romandie enterprise and public customers and business partners
- Excellent French and English verbal and written communication & presentation skills. German language is a plus
- Technical knowledge of Workplace, Services and Servers is an advantage
- Advanced skills in MS-Office (especially in Excel & Outlook) and Customer Relationship Software
- Relying on your strong relationship building skills, self-driven & goal-oriented
- Strong teaming capabilities, high level of flexibility, self-reliance, proactivity & used to deliver outstanding results under time pressure
- Applies comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques
