What You Can Achieve
Due to a resignation, the Cantonal Valuation Commission for Expropriations needs to be supplemented. As a member of the Valuation Commission, you assess the amount of compensation for the expropriation of real estate and rights.
The new member of the Valuation Commission will be elected by the Cantonal Council until the end of the legislative period on 30 June 2028. There is the possibility of re-election for further four-year terms.

What Qualifies You
To perform this role, you preferably bring training and experience as an architect or construction specialist (civil engineer, master builder, construction manager, site manager for civil or structural engineering). In addition to professional knowledge, you possess strong social skills, negotiation ability, and assertiveness, and are articulate in oral expression.
