Your Tasks
- Care and monitoring of patients with invasive and non-invasive ventilation systems (initiation, mask selection, adjustment, and optimization)
- Co-design of the individual ventilation and weaning process
- Assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Tracheal cannula management
- Transfer of invasively or non-invasively ventilated patients to home or inpatient care in close cooperation with our social service
- Device instructions and training for employees as well as patients and their relatives
- Cooperative collaboration with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Economic thinking and acting
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in the intensive care unit or comparable
- Completed further training in intensive and anesthesia care and/or completed further training as a respiratory therapist (m/f/d) would be desirable
- High social as well as professional competencies
