Specialist Coach Real Estate (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- You enjoy supporting builders in new construction, conversion, and renovation projects.
- As an experienced specialist, you assess properties regarding renovation and modernisation needs and assist our customers in obtaining, evaluating, and comparing quotes.
- When coordinating construction projects, you always keep an eye on quality, costs, and construction progress.
- You are the contact person for professional questions from our employees and help them to develop further in your area of expertise.
What do you bring with you?
- You have several years of experience in project management in construction and are well acquainted with all construction phases (according to SIA).
- You have a strong understanding of quality, costs, and deadlines as well as a structured and independent way of working.
- You enjoy advising customers and are a communicative, solution-oriented, and responsible personality.
- You have good digital skills and experience with common digital tools in construction and project management.
- Ideally, you have experience or further training in the field of energy consulting.
