Your tasks (distributed between 2 employees depending on experience and suitability)
- Management of building management and facility technology including furniture and outdoor area
- Execution of maintenance work
- Safety officer (SIBE) for the entire operation
- Participation in projects
- Preparation of the budget and ensuring its implementation
- All-rounder tasks for various stakeholders such as residents, relatives, employees, and third parties
Your profile
- You have completed a skilled trade apprenticeship with professional experience and preferably hold the "Caretaker with Federal Certificate of Competence" qualification or are willing to obtain it
- You have planning and communication skills and possess very good IT knowledge
- You have a high service awareness
- You enjoy personal contact with residents
- You are willing to be reachable and perform duties outside regular working hours
- You are used to working independently
