The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

What to expect
- Designing a meaningful daily routine and needs-oriented leisure activities for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Performing basic care and household tasks in everyday life
- Close and appreciative collaboration with relatives and legal representatives and coordination of the interdisciplinary key person system
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist areas
Your profile
- Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in disability care, or as a social pedagogy specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Outlook)
