Deputy Branch Manager / Deputy Market Manager 100%

Your Tasks

• You support the branch management in implementing the corporate strategy as well as in achieving budget and cost targets
• You ensure attractive product presentation, optimal processes, and a positive shopping experience
• You are jointly responsible for leading and further developing the team
• You inspire our customers with your expertise and personal commitment
• You ensure that daily processes run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained
• You monitor inventory levels and ensure that sufficient goods are always available

Your Profile

• You have completed training (EFZ) in retail with a focus on food
• Experience in leading employees and developing teams is desirable
• You understand economic contexts and act entrepreneurially
• You love direct customer contact and sell with enthusiasm
• You keep a cool head and maintain an overview even during high traffic
• You have a confident handling of MS Office and ideally bring experience with SAP R/3
