The Private Customers Business Unit serves clients with assets up to 1 million CHF. It forms the core of the bank and significantly shapes the market presence and reputation of Zürcher Kantonalbank.
Sales management plays a central role: together with sales and other stakeholders, the team designs a systematic, integrated, and effective market approach for the direct bank and the 51 branches. It supports the continuous development of data-driven sales and makes a significant contribution to the long-term sales strategy as well as to strengthening sales and advisory competencies.
Your Tasks
- Planning, conception, support, and reporting of ad-hoc and permanent market approach measures – in close cooperation with sales, sales management, as well as marketing & communication
- Participation in projects for sales development, especially in connection with the setup and expansion of data-based sales processes and CRM and sales automation tools
- Active contribution to the further development of a systematic and data-based market approach and sales management
- Analysis of sales results and derivation of concrete recommendations for action to optimize
Your Profile
- Higher commercial or business administration education with a focus on sales, sales management, marketing, or project management
- Several years of experience in sales management in (retail) banking as well as sound knowledge in market approach
- Strong project management know-how and ability to coordinate complex, cross-departmental topics and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills as well as a solid understanding of sales metrics, market potentials, CRM data, and cross-channel processes
- Experience in the use of CRM systems, reporting tools, and data-based or automated sales processes
- High implementation orientation, conceptual strength, and a pragmatic solution approach
