To strengthen our team in the HR area, we are looking for a motivated and committed recruiter, 80%, at the Basel headquarters location, starting 01.03.2026, fixed-term until 30.11.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for recruiting staff and management (team and department leaders) according to the defined recruitment process in close cooperation with the line and HR BP.
- You define the search channels, evaluate CVs, conduct initial telephone interviews, prepare candidate recommendations for the client, obtain reference information, conduct aptitude tests, etc.
- You ensure a consistent "Candidate Experience" according to specifications and act as the "advocate" for the candidate.
- You support the line in salary determination and contract offer content.
- You enter the contract data into the system for the SC to create the employment contract.
- You are responsible for administrative applicant management from A to Z.
Your profile
- You have a commercial or comparable basic education and/or further training with a focus on HR management.
- You have initial knowledge of recruiting processes.
- You are IT-savvy and proficient in using common MS Office programs.
- You are familiar with the most important HR key figures.
- Reliability, solution orientation, and high quality awareness are just as important to you as they are to us.
- You work very independently and have organizational skills.
- You are proficient in German and English.
