Strengthen our team at the Trubschachen location as a Specialist Planner Construction with management responsibilities (80–100%).

Jakob Rope Systems develops and sells architectural systems made of stainless steel as well as solutions for rope and lifting technology. Our products and services are well established in the market and are distributed worldwide in over 40 countries. Together with our subsidiaries, we employ over 700 people. Production and processing mainly take place at our locations in Trubschachen and Saigon in Vietnam.

To strengthen our team at the Trubschachen location, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement:

Specialist Planner Construction with management responsibilities (80–100%)

• Development and design of technical solutions
• Creation of execution and production plans including parts lists
• Technical management of a small design team
• Promotion and further development of team members and professional skills
• Inspections and measurements on site
• Participation in international customer projects
• Completed training as a metal construction draftsman EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience, preferably in the metal and steel construction industry
• Confident and efficient work with CAD (2D and 3D) as well as experience with BIM
• Creativity and passion for technical solutions in architecture
• Very good German skills, French and English are an advantage
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to lead and develop a team
