Do you want to gain your first professional experience alongside your studies and make an important contribution to the quality of the Swiss financial center? Are you an administrative all-rounder? Then we look forward to hearing from you! You will support SIC Operations with their administrative tasks including monitoring and carrying out key exchange processes so that our participants can test and work without interruption even during migration phases. You can also participate in projects, maintain statistics and evaluations, and be there where support is needed.

These are your tasks
- Execution of key exchange processes to ensure secure communication channels
- Management and maintenance of participant master data
- Processing of forms (online, PDF) including checking incoming participant forms
- Adjustments of websites and SIC SharePoint
- General administrative support within the team
What you bring with you
- Current studies preferably in a business-related field
- Technical understanding or high IT affinity is an advantage
- High degree of independence and helpfulness
- Team player with great enjoyment of customer contact
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is a plus
- Resident in Switzerland (due to access to productive systems)
