The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a nursing group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

Your Tasks

Care and support of the assigned residents
Independent execution of basic care
Taking on tasks to support the professionals
Providing oral and written reports

Your Qualifications

Completed SRK nursing course with completed internship in long-term care or two-year training as AGS/ EBA
Proven professional experience in nursing in an acute or long-term care institution
Precise and efficient working method
Good physical and mental resilience
PC user skills
Very good German skills, at least level B2 (understanding Swiss German)
