Your Tasks
- Advising management and company leadership on all hygiene-related issues
- Monitoring the hygiene management of AMEOS Klinika Holstein (somatic care)
- Leading the hygiene commission
- Ensuring and further developing hygiene concepts as well as the HACCP concept
- Maintaining and improving quality standards
- Close cooperation and coordination with hygiene officers (m/f/d) in the facilities
- Trustful cooperation with health authorities
- Advising, training, and instructing employees on hygiene-relevant topics
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training in health and nursing and have experience in hospital hygiene
- Additionally, you already have completed further training as a hygiene specialist
- Good IT skills, especially Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), initiative, confident appearance, and assertiveness
- High resilience and flexibility
- Enjoy working independently and responsibly
- Very good communication skills as well as abilities for constructive conflict resolution
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and organizational ability
