Your Tasks
- Planning of elective treatment measures as well as coordination of administrative and operational interfaces between specialist outpatient clinics, central OR, central admission preparation, consultation hours, and the admission preparation unit (SHA)
- Execution of administrative patient admission, especially in the elective admission process
- Advice, initiation, and conclusion of treatment contracts including optional services
- Central control and scheduling of medical treatment processes as well as coordination of examinations and procedures
- Structured admission and patient management in clinical everyday life
- Ensuring data protection and documentation management according to legal requirements
Your Profile
- Completed, state-recognized training as a nursing specialist, medical assistant (MFA), or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of operative and conservative treatment procedures in the hospital environment
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as ideally experience with clinical information systems (KIS)
- Experience in legally compliant and data protection-compliant treatment billing as well as in clinical patient administration is an advantage
- Strong communication skills as well as a friendly, service- and patient-oriented manner
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
