Your Tasks
You plan and organize the daily routine in your area of expertise and are responsible for holistic and individual care and support of our residents. A professional and respectful approach to elderly people is a matter of course for you. Depending on the need, you take on additional areas of responsibility such as daily responsibility in shift work or accompaniment and support of trainees. In your work, you are supported by professionals such as the nursing and wound expert and the palliative care officer.
Your Profile
- Training at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home nurse, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Open and constructive personality
- Service and customer orientation
- Conscientious way of working
