Receptionist at the Bündner Natural History Museum
Office for Culture | Bündner Natural History Museum | 30-40% | Chur
We are looking for a receptionist for the Bündner Natural History Museum in the Office for Culture starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Reception and care of our visitors
- Managing the daily cash register including closing
- Supervision of the museum shop
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Used to working in a team
- Flexibility (working hours)
- Willingness to work one weekend per month and occasional evening shifts
- Good verbal communication skills in German, preferably also Italian and/or Romansh
- Good PC user skills
- Experience in inventory management and sales
- Good manners
- Interest in nature topics
