Clerk Administration (m/f/d)

• Main operation of the vehicle scale and the cash register
• Processing of billing (incoming and outgoing as well as transports)
• Support with general administrative tasks
• Compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Participation in continuous improvement through error analysis and suggestions for optimization
• Assumption of decision-making and leadership responsibilities
• Close cooperation and support of the department head

• Technical or commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge in handling IT tools
• Ability to work focused and efficiently even in stressful situations
• Friendly and professional interaction with customers, employees, and supervisors
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage
