Individual treatment programs are created in the cereneo rehabilitation clinics with the goal of restoring the highest possible independence and improving the quality of life of the patients.
Your Role
As Site Manager / Nursing Team Leader, you take on a central leadership role and ensure high-quality nursing care in a modern, international environment. You lead and support your team and promote collaboration across all professional groups.
Your Tasks
- Leadership, coaching, and promotion of a team of around 20 employees (nurses, nursing assistants, nursing aides)
- Ensuring high-quality and economical nursing care in neurorehabilitation
- Further development of nursing quality and leading case discussions
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medicine, therapy, and research
- Co-design of internal training offers
- Support in implementing the nursing mission statement
What Should You Bring?
We are looking for an open, communicative, and resilient personality with the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a certified nurse (HF, FH, DNII, AKP) or equivalent
- Bachelor in nursing or comparable further education is an advantage
- Several years of professional and initial leadership experience, ideally in acute or IMC care
- Enjoy working with people with neurological diseases
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and intercultural competence
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
