To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with sales strength and technical understanding.

• Technical advice and support for our customers in the areas of gravel, concrete, pavement, and recycling
• Preparation, negotiation, and conclusion of offers and contracts
• Strategic expansion and maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Technical responsibility for sustainability for Baustoff Freiamt as well as group-wide
• Planning and conducting audits
• Close cooperation with dispatch and production
• Support of the managing director in administrative and strategic tasks

• Technical basic training with business management further education
  or commercial training with a technical flair
• Negotiation-secure, convincing sales personality
• Industry knowledge in gravel, concrete, or building materials is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for sustainability, circular economy, and recycling
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and professional appearance
