This is your field of activity

• Accompanying, promoting and supporting the trainees
• Planning and conducting practical training
• Co-responsibility for the quality of training as well as professional and appreciative care of the trainees
• Collaboration with those responsible for vocational training and team leaders
• Implementing training guidelines and standards

This is how you convince us

• You have completed vocational training as a health professional EFZ or a certified nursing professional HF
• You have the trainer course certificate or the diploma as a trainer in training companies and bring at least 2 years of experience in this role
• You act independently and care for the trainees as professionally as appreciatively
• Your high social competence and your joy in accompanying young people are noticeable
