- You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, opposing parties, lawyers, and authorities
- You independently manage legal cases of private and corporate clients, which are usually handled by external lawyers
- You analyze incurred internal and external costs as well as other case-relevant figures
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You hold an MLaw from a Swiss university or a comparable qualification. Additional training as a social insurance specialist is an advantage.
- You have already gained initial experience in the field of liability and social insurance law or you are motivated to familiarize yourself with these topics
- You have strong negotiation skills and high communication ability
- You enjoy customer- and team-oriented work and are open to new processes and the digital world
- You are resilient and keep an overview even in difficult situations
- German is your native language; multilingualism is an advantage
