Are you passionate about the industrialization of new products?
Very good communicator, you assert yourself through natural leadership, great autonomy, and have developed a very good industrial technical culture in managing your projects. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have an excellent ability to adapt and interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team with a large number of stakeholders is a source of motivation for you.
With an engineering (or technician) degree in mechanics, materials, micromechanics, or generalist, you have 3-5 years of experience in product industrialization projects (machining, grinding, engraving, washing, assembly, finishing, etc.) in aeronautics, defense, automotive, watchmaking or jewelry, etc. You have possibly worked on very fine components such as bracelets, cases, hands, movements, dials, crowns, sensors, microelectronics, etc.
As a product methods and industrialization project manager, you oversee the industrialization and methods for new products up to the after-sales service and series life.
Are you Swiss or a national of one of the member states of the European Union?
