In this key role, you are the right hand of our CEO and President Sonepar Central Europe: You actively shape the daily work routine, coordinate appointments, manage projects, and act as a central interface between management, teams, and external partners. Your tasks
You are more than just organizational support – you are a sparring partner, process designer, and the central hub for all business-relevant processes.
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the CEO office and support of management in administrative, organizational, and strategic matters
- Coordination of complex schedules, prioritization of appointments, and proactive management of the agenda
- Preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision templates for management
- Ensuring efficient processes in meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, as well as follow-up on decisions
- Planning and coordination of business trips, meetings, and international events including approval processes and expense management
- Interface management between departments, external partners, and stakeholders
- Participation in projects and initiatives of management, including independent implementation and coordination
Your profile
- Commercial training or a university degree, ideally with further training as an Executive Assistant / Management Secretary
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives in an international environment
- German as a native language, fluent English in spoken and written form. French is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and culturally confident
- Engaging, cheerful, and competent demeanor
- Structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented
- High flexibility, resilience, and self-motivation
- You are always discreet, confidential, reliable, and have a high quality standard
- Loyal, team-oriented personality with a proactive, positive, and flexible "can-do" mentality
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
