Your contribution
- Management and control of integration and transformation projects (e.g. analysis and harmonization of processes, identification of synergies and optimization potentials to increase efficiency)
- Development and implementation of project strategies, planning of key milestones and resources
- Ensuring compliance with objectives in terms of time, quality, costs, and efficiency
- Management of interdisciplinary project teams involving various business sectors
- Active stakeholder and change management in close collaboration with executives, specialized departments, and external partners
- Responsibility for project reporting, budget and quality control, as well as risk analyses and management reviews
Your skills
- Higher education in business administration, organizational development, business engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in managing complex integration and transformation projects, as well as large IT projects in the SAP environment in wholesale trade, ideally in pharmaceutical logistics or the healthcare sector
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and M365
- Continuous training in project management (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, Scrum) and knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) are an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good/very good knowledge of German (minimum level B-C)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
