Reception and care of guests at the front desk
Operating and managing reservation and booking systems
Supporting guests with their wishes and concerns
Professional advice and communication with international guests
Administrative tasks such as handling emails, correspondence, and billing
Collaboration with various departments to make the guests' stay unforgettable
During your training, you will go through all important hotel departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Reservations, and Human Resources
