Your Tasks
- Organization and implementation of targeted instructions and conveying specialized training content as well as practical expertise
- Conducting regular reflection discussions with trainees as well as checking and documenting learning progress
- Implementation and documentation of practice-oriented learning tasks
- Participation in the assessment of practical exams
- Close exchange with those responsible for practice and theory
- Ensuring the quality of training and participation in process optimization
- Collaboration in the creation and revision of nursing documentation
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training as a nursing specialist and further training in practical instruction
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Nursing Professions Act

- Good knowledge in the area of nursing documentation
