Your Role
As HR Digitalization Project Manager, you will lead the ongoing implementation of the Abacus HR platform, driving digital transformation across HR processes.
Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external partners, you’ll coordinate the configuration, rollout, and adoption of Abacus modules.
This 1-year project role offers the opportunity to shape the school’s digital HR landscape and bring modern efficiency to our global operations.
What you will do
● Lead the configuration, testing, and rollout of specific Abacus HR modules.
● Translate HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, etc.) into digital workflows.
● Coordinate between HR, Finance, and IT for cross-system integration.
● Support change management through clear communication, training, and user support.
● Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
● Define and monitor KPIs such as user adoption and system efficiency.
● Build and maintain the HR Reporting dashboard for data-driven insights.
● Ensure compliance in digital record-keeping and procedural documentation.
What makes you our ideal Candidate
- Degree or vocational qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, ideally Abacus or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes along the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (C1 level); German an advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high attention to detail.
- You are available asap and ready to kick off this exciting project with us.
- You live in Zurich and hold a valid working permit.
