Your tasks
- You develop new concepts and strategies including communication for lighting in the city of Lucerne and implement them in close cooperation with external partners.
- You lead projects in civil and road construction including drainage and public lighting.
- You play a key role in budget/forecast creation.
- You maintain existing contracts with operators and prepare new contracts.
- You represent the specialist area of public lighting and are responsible for recording and managing damage reports of public lighting.
- You are the contact person for complex issues and support the digitization of processes and workflows (building specialist shells/software).
Your profile
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering complemented by management training.
- You have extensive knowledge in project and construction management and have a flair for developing strategies.
- You are a communicative personality with a confident appearance and negotiation skills.
- Your working style, organizational and negotiation skills are characterized by care as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
- Networked thinking comes easily to you and you approach your tasks solution- and goal-oriented.
- You bring initiative and work successfully both independently and in a team.
