For our South team at the Buchs location, we are looking for a new colleague. Are you an enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient person and want to help shape the future of Spitex Region Aarau with us?
Your main tasks are
- Independent, competent, and resource-oriented care and advice for our clients
- Deputy team leadership
- Needs assessments (interRAI-HC)
- Taking over case management in tandem with reference persons
You bring with you
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF
- Spitex experience and solid knowledge of the interRAI-HC instrument
- Joy in the profession and dealing with our clients
- Independent, flexible, and team-oriented working style with quality- and responsibility-conscious thinking and acting
- Commitment, openness, and humor even in challenging situations
- Perigon experience is an advantage
