YOUR MISSION

In this key role, you are part of our agile finance team and the driving force behind our accounting quality: 

Digital pioneer: You manage and optimize our AP workflow tools. You are responsible for smooth digital invoice processing, monitor automated approval processes, and take accounts payable to the next level.

Tax expert: You prepare the monthly VAT returns (domestic and international) and are the confident contact for tax authorities and fiscal representatives.

Asset specialist: You are responsible for asset accounting including depreciation runs and diligently maintain the asset register.

Closing supporter: You actively support monthly and annual closings, perform postings, and ensure clean account reconciliation.

Project designer: You play a key role in software implementations and the continuous optimization of our financial IT landscape.

YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE

Background: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant (m/f/d).

Experience: You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, enabling you to handle daily tasks confidently and independently.

IT & Digital Tools: Confident handling of MS Office (focus on Excel). Ideally, you have solid experience with the ERP system JD Edwards (JDE) as well as with digital AP workflow tools (preferably Scanman).

Working style: You work analytically, love dealing with numbers, and have a quick grasp.

Communication: You are fluent in German and have good English skills for working in an international environment.
