Your mission? Coordinate and monitor the proper execution of the site until final delivery.

On the agenda? A project located in Bulle

More concretely, you:

Are responsible for costs, deadlines (schedule management), and project quality

Negotiate and participate in tenders with the Project Manager

Coordinate the work and subcontractors

Report potential risks and contingencies

Lead site meetings

Prepare submissions

Follow up and update the schedule

Maintain relationships with clients, authorities, and partner companies

Ensure the quality of the work and intervene until all reservations are lifted

Manage administrative tasks related to projects: compiling necessary documents for contracts

Site assignments will be made based on current operational needs, your personal aspirations, and your location.

Tools? Procore, Monday, BIM We are among the first in Switzerland to use the BIM (Building Information Management) model. This working method allows us to manage your project ultra efficiently, thanks to a 3D digital model combined with integrated and constantly updated use of all data. Any modification is easy for all participants, data aligns, the model adjusts in its entirety without error or delay. We build together with efficiency and vision.
