- Record and maintain journal entries in SAP in compliance with GAAP; prepare recurring entries and reconciliations.
- Investigate and report account variances; implement process improvements as needed.
- Support audits and tax filings by preparing work papers, responding to requests, and ensuring timely compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank and loan accounts, and manage financial programs such as grants and credit initiatives.
- Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and oversee capital projects from initiation to close.
- Ensure accurate vendor payments, manage GR/IR process, and resolve discrepancies; assist with customer account reporting as needed.
- Collect and review expense reports, receipts, and approvals; ensure proper general ledger coding.
- Develop and maintain accounting metrics in collaboration with leadership to support financial performance.
- Other duties as required.
Your profile
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Two to four years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software, financial modeling and data analysis tools.
