You are responsible for growing a set of potential clients. Thanks to your hunter skills, you are in charge of acquiring new opportunities and establishing robust and sustainable collaborations.
Ensure various commercial actions: commercial prospecting, client visits in your region, etc.,
Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with your clients,
Ensure the proper development of client accounts, act as the contact person for your clients, and ensure the sale of services (temporary and/or permanent work),
guarantee the proper development of their accounts,
Maintain or increase the profitability of accounts,
Keep the CRM system up to date,
Ensure close collaboration with operational recruitment teams,
Regularly provide internal data (KPIs / Statistics / Reports),
Develop a commercial strategy within your scope and define target companies,
Create and execute a strategy that meets client needs and requirements,
Monitor market trends and developments (clients, prospects, and competitors) and translate them into market exploitation strategies and sales methods.
Requirements
Holder of a HEG diploma, University degree, you have initial experience in B2B business development, focused on service sales, in the Swiss market.
Or confirmed experience in the IT commercial field.
You are fluent in French and English (level B2).
You are comfortable using IT tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
Dynamic and proactive, you enjoy developing tailor-made solutions for your clients.
Your priority is client satisfaction; you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
