Accounting Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

The Zurich Brickworks offer ceramic solutions for the entire building envelope. For over 150 years, we have made living more natural and building easier with our clay building materials. From a simple raw material, we develop sophisticated systems for roofs, walls, and facades. Since 2020, we have been part of the swisspor Group.

To strengthen our accounting team at our location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a motivated accounting clerk.

Your Tasks

Accounts payable and receivable accounting
Handling dunning and debt collection as well as credit checks of customers
Electronic processing and posting of bank documents
Creating weekly payment runs and monitoring open items
Collaboration in financial accounting

You Bring

For this position, we are looking for a service-oriented, reliable, and team-capable personality with good manners and the following additional qualifications:

Completed commercial basic training with further training as an accounting clerk or equivalent professional experience
At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing SME
Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IKS or process management is desirable
Very good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a great advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form, foreign languages are an advantage (French, English)
Independent, structured, and precise way of working with high self-motivation
Responsible, goal- and solution-oriented "doer personality"
