Here is what you will do

You prepare the mise en place for your station
You are responsible for preparing the dishes at your station
You ensure the proper handling of food and work equipment
You comply with hygiene regulations (HACCP, GHP, etc.) and quality standards

You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
You speak fluent German
You speak English, preferably
You are motivated, positive, and identify with Swiss gastronomy
