As a project manager methods control, you participate in the industrialization of new products and

• write and develop the specifications and control ranges for the prototyping and new products department;
• contribute to the development of new control processes;
• participate in projects for acquiring new automatic control equipment, from defining the need, testing and validation to commissioning;
• train and provide technical assistance to controllers during technical qualifications and during the first controls on prototype parts and pre-series;
• analyze data, handle discrepancies, and lead continuous improvement actions both on control means and production means;
• ensure technological watch on control equipment.

With an engineering degree, master’s, bachelor’s, or general technician training, mechanical engineering or production specialization in metrology is a plus, you have a first experience, preferably in the watchmaking, aeronautics, space, defense, biomedical fields, etc. You possibly have knowledge

• of one or more dimensional, three-dimensional measurement and processing software, such as Metrolog, Creo, PC-DMIS, Spatial Analyzer, Polyworks, FARO Scene, Autocad LT, CATIA, etc.;
• of dimensional and three-dimensional measurement/control instruments (ECME – measurement and testing control equipment) such as tracking laser, measuring arm, photogrammetry, C3 scanner, CMM – coordinate measuring machines, etc.;
• of methods and means of industrial metrology, preferably in micromechanics in CNC machine environments;
• of CAD software, design, functional dimensioning, uncertainty calculation (Creo, Catia, Solidworks).
