Long-term care in the Lower Engadine is based on a holistic and decentralized care and support model, where the people in need are at the center. The Chüra facilities include two nursing homes in Scuol and one care group each in Zernez and Samnaun with a total of 110 beds, as well as a Spitex and a counseling center.

We are looking for a

Health Specialist FaGe (50-100%)

for the nursing home Chasa Puntota in Scuol, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Main tasks

Holistic care of the residents according to care process planning

Documentation of care and collaboration in creating care plans

Active participation in the primary nursing system, planning and documentation of partial steps in the care process in close cooperation with the certified nursing professionals

Leadership of the nursing team and coordination of the daily routine within a care group as part of daily responsibility

Requirements

Training with a diploma as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent recognition

Willingness to work irregular hours including night shifts

Confident communication in the German language

Resilient and balanced personality

Knowledge of IT-supported care documentation

Teamwork, commitment, and independence
